For entrepreneurs outside the United States

Start with a U.S. company. Build a global business life.

Keystone Bridge sets up your U.S. entity, real U.S. address, ITIN, and credit — the foundation — then helps you acquire and scale cash-flowing U.S. businesses and, when you're ready, build the international footprint to match — with a travel-rewards layer funded by the credit you've built. One ladder, three tiers, fourteen stages, everything in your own name from day one.

How Keystone works

Three tiers, one climb

Most firms sell you a company and stop. We treat the company as step one of a longer climb — from getting established, to owning real assets, to a life funded by what you've built.

1 · Foundation

Get set up in the U.S. — properly.

Entity, ITIN, a real leased address, banking, and U.S. credit — all in your own name. The done-for-you base that passes bank KYC and makes everything after it possible.

The front door: affordable, concrete, fast.

2 · Ownership

Turn the foundation into owned assets.

Business credit, faster funding, an acquisition of a cash-flowing U.S. business, scaling on leverage, and a global footprint. Where margin and real wealth compound.

The engine room: bigger outcomes, once your base is in place.

3 · Luxury Travel

A life funded by what you've built.

The credit and card points your business now generates turn into business-class flights, five-star stays, and elite status — expertly executed, earned in the open, on spend you're already making.

The payoff: the reward layer, included with membership.

The full ladder

Three tiers, every stage in the open

Each stage stands alone with its own public price. Most people start at the Foundation and climb as far as they want. Nothing is hidden until later — including how the travel rewards are earned.

Why the ladder matters

Everyone else stops at the company

The formation market is crowded and cheap. What no one connects is the full route — company, to credit, to actually owning a U.S. business. That connection is the whole point of Keystone.

Risk disclosure

Most firms hide the risk page. We put it in the menu.

Government timelines slip. Credit outcomes vary. Deals fall through. If any of that would surprise you later, we've failed you — so we lead with it.

Questions

Asked honestly, answered honestly

Do I have to buy a business to work with you?+

No. Most clients start with the Foundation — company, address, ITIN, and credit — and many stop there, which is a complete outcome on its own. The acquisition, scale, and global-footprint stages are there when you're ready, not a requirement. You climb as far as you want.

What makes your U.S. address different from a virtual mailbox?+

It's a genuine leased street address with a lease agreement and, in the full tier, a utility bill — not a PO box or CMRA mailbox. That matters because many banks and fintechs (Brex, Ramp, and others) reject virtual addresses in their checks. A real leased address passes where a mailbox fails. We still can't guarantee any one specific bank, and we tell you that plainly.

Why do I need ITIN → credit-bureau linking?+

Recent policy means ITINs are no longer automatically connected to your credit file. If you've been building credit under your ITIN, a manual certified request to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion is now required, or your accounts may not report at all. We prepare and submit those certified letters and follow up after 30 days.

Do you sell shelf corporations or "credit partner" signers?+

No. Aged shelf corporations borrow a false operating history, and nominee "credit partner" signers put a stranger's credit on your account as if they control the business. Both only work until a bank or lender looks closely — and post-FinCEN, they're looking. Everything we build is real and in your own name — including the faster, honest route to funding: the Funding Accelerator. That's the whole point of the brand.
